Educational Background

The Function | Accountabilities

We are looking for the Category Manager for Analytical Consumables to ensure we continue to maintain a robust and expanding portfolio into the mentioned category. The function is central to managing the business key parameter such as revenues, margin, procurement strategy, portfolio expansion and sales channel definition. Here some more details on the areas of accountabilities:

  • Grow the business by adding Products to the Portfolio for After Market business in driving a consistent funnel approach for the relevant portfolio.
  • Preparing Business Plan and Funnel management with suppliers for focus on consistent business growth
  • Drive accounted category sales growth effectively by developing and implementing a product category plan along with field/marketing/sales & support and delivering the numbers to the principal and from the field.
  • Ensure there is an effective engagement at multiple levels and alignment with principals for payment terms, forecast, key processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and maintain a best-in-region vendor portfolio –This is a crucial area where senior management attention is constantly required.
